Rental rates do not include fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, Transportation Services will fill the tank and charge your account. The cost of the fuel is comparable with the local market price.
The daily rate applies to a 24-hour period or any additional fraction of 24 hours from the time the vehicle is picked up. This does not include the early pick up of just the keys and rental packet.
Weekly rates are based on 168 hours (7 days) possession from the time the vehicle is picked up.
Weekend rates apply when the customer picks up the vehicle after 8 a.m. on Friday and returns it by noon on Monday. Customers will be charged an extra day if the vehicle is not returned on time.
If you are uncertain about your travel needs, please let Transportation Services know and we will make it a tentative arrangement rather than a reservation to avoid "no show" charges.
Promotional rates may apply during periods of low utilization. Please feel free to inquire. Special rates may also be negotiated for longer periods than the weekly rate.

Other Charges Which May Apply
No Show: Failure to cancel a reserved vehicle has a negative impact on our other customers due to lost availability of the vehicle. Customers who reserve a vehicle, but fail to pick it up or cancel at least two days in advance, may be charged for up to one full rental day.
Excess Cleaning: Vehicles returned in unreasonably dirty condition may incur extra costs equal to the actual cost to clean the vehicle. Hauling some forms of cargo, livestock, off-road driving, etc. is generally considered an abuse of the vehicle and the customer will be held responsible for any resulting costs for cleaning or repair.
Damage: The person to whom the vehicle is issued assumes personal responsibility for the vehicle and its contents. Any damage will be charged back to the customer or their department as a matter of policy unless adequate explanation is provided. Please read the section covering accidents and incidents when applicable.
Equipment/Accessories: Departments will be billed replacement costs for anything missing from the vehicle when returned. For example: spare tire, jack, tire chains, etc.
Seat Removal: Seats will be removed from a van at the customer's request for a fee of $6.00 for the first seat removed and $3.00 for each additional seat removed per vehicle.
Vehicle Delivery: Vehicles will be delivered at the customer's request for a $10.00 fee when Transportation Services has the manpower available to provide this service.
